Dear Jenny,
I danced with a guy friend at the last formal. At the most recent dance, I went with someone else. Now, my guy friend thinks I'm cheating on him, but we were never together!
Wow...well, it's obvious that this guy likes you, since he so desperately wants to be together. However, don't bend yourself over backwards just to be what he likes; if you don't want to be with him like THAT, then tell him...but don't make it too blunt. Just be like..."I love you as a friend." It'd hurt, but it's better than you trying to avoid him because he thinks you guys are together.
Also, this guy is jumping to conclusions reaally fast...I'm guessing he's new to the dating thing? But he HAS to know that 1 dance does not equal a couple...I mean, unless you both want it to. Which obviously isn't the case. So maybe tell him like, after school, or somewhere, that you're sorry he's really confused and all, but you guys are still the bestest of friends. :) At least he'll be close to you still, and the whole friendship thing isn't ruined.

[would appreciate it if more questions were sent in :)]
I love them. And they're just like my blog, too! A blend of everything, with a bit of awesomeness. :)

Ask Jenny - Forgotten
Dear Jenny,
My therapist and I had a really strong relationship for five years. Then she moved to another state. It's been a year since the last time I saw her and it still makes my cry to think of her. She won't reply to my emails and it's like she's forgotten me. I don't want to be forgotten by my closest friend.
~Forgotten
Dear Forgotten,
OMG I'm so sorry for you! If my best friend moved to another state and started ignoring me, then I would be so sad...But actually, I don't think she's forgotten you, I actually think your therapist is trying to help you.
You see, not to burst your bubble or anything, but it's not normal for your best friend to be a therapist. You and I both know that her job comes first, so...she's trying to help you by slowly pulling away.
A few ideas to making friends....well, first, since you needed a therapist to begin with, I suggest you get another one. Then at school, try talking to some people. No crap like, "Hi. I like your shoes." That's friggin' stupid, because people these days are selfish and'll be like, "thanks. I hate your's." Or something like that.
So just bump into them and say sorry. Then if they're nice, they'll be like.."That's ok. o.o" And you can be all..."hey, I never knew you were in my class! What's your name?" Or something like that.
Or, you know what? Join a club or some extra-curricular activity. Just..try to listen to your therapist's unspoken message, and all should go well. Maybe once you find some new friends your age, and tell her of your great progress, she'll reply! XD
