January, gratitude, and everything else

Gah. Ok, so how's life for you guys? :P

First, thanks to Alex, Michelle, and any unknown readers who never comment and sometimes possibly vote on this blog. :) You give me motivation for actually going on this thing and blogging.

Next, well, as you all know, January is the worst month in all of middle school years. D: Well, it is for me, because I procrastinate. Experimental Design was due on Jan. 8, then Science fair was due Jan. 15, then NHD was due Jan. 21!! And then there were a bunch of random tests and quizzes and other stuff to do.

Well, ok, so I technically shouldn't be stressed because I had a bunch of time to do all this stuff (including winter break), so therefore..I could've finished everything in those days that I have off.

BUT I HAVE A PERFECTLY GOOD EXCUSE. See, I was at my grandparents' house for those two weeks, and therefore all I could do there was Science Fair and build those freaking bridges. And now my poster is all pretty, but it's somewhere in the school, because after Science Fair was over, I never picked it up...so now I have no clue where my poster is.

Ok, and I finished NHD the night before it was due. :) Like, literally...I did 2/3 of my paper plus the bibliography the NIGHT BEFORE. And I guess it wasn't too hard, the quality just isn't as good...

But of course, I still had MY PARENTS YELLING AT ME TO GO TO SLEEP AND ACCUSING ME OF GETTING DISTRACTED WHEN I WAS ACTUALLY WAITING FOR ALL MY PAGES TO BE PRINTED. Like, dude. It wasn't even midnight. It was just 11. No one needs to sleep that early!!

And actually, everyone could've fallen asleep perfectly fine, if it wasn't for my dad who came downstairs and TURNED ON ALL THE LIGHTS AND YELLED AT ME, WAKING UP MY SISTER.

And when I finally dragged my butt upstairs, HE goes back with my mom to WATCH COMPUTER. So they weren't even sleeping in the first place! STUPID.

Damn my family's messed up...but I still have to love them, or else...that's just ungrateful.

OMG! XD epiphany!! I realized a week ago that...if you always have a sucky outlook on life, then you'll never be happy. Just be happy with what you get. Because..if you're always looking on "the other side of the fence, and how the grass is greener there", then you'll never notice how green the grass you're standing on is, and the pretty little flowers and the clouds above it.

So therefore, be happy with what you get, and don't complain, because no one cares about you and your ass, 'cause they're all worrying about their own shitty lives.

Gah, sorry, had to release some steam. Anyways...I just wanted to say...be happy, January sucks, and thanks for my readers - though very few - and kind of not really supporting me. :) Hope you have a great day! 'cause mine's completely fucked. XD

Ask Jenny - Forgotten

Dear Jenny,

My therapist and I had a really strong relationship for five years. Then she moved to another state. It's been a year since the last time I saw her and it still makes my cry to think of her. She won't reply to my emails and it's like she's forgotten me. I don't want to be forgotten by my closest friend.

Dear Forgotten,
OMG I'm so sorry for you! If my best friend moved to another state and started ignoring me, then I would be so sad...But actually, I don't think she's forgotten you, I actually think your therapist is trying to help you.

You see, not to burst your bubble or anything, but it's not normal for your best friend to be a therapist. You and I both know that her job comes first, so...she's trying to help you by slowly pulling away.

A few ideas to making friends....well, first, since you needed a therapist to begin with, I suggest you get another one. Then at school, try talking to some people. No crap like, "Hi. I like your shoes." That's friggin' stupid, because people these days are selfish and'll be like, "thanks. I hate your's." Or something like that.

So just bump into them and say sorry. Then if they're nice, they'll be like.."That's ok. o.o" And you can be all..."hey, I never knew you were in my class! What's your name?" Or something like that.

Or, you know what? Join a club or some extra-curricular activity. Just..try to listen to your therapist's unspoken message, and all should go well. Maybe once you find some new friends your age, and tell her of your great progress, she'll reply! XD

Heey guys! I've gotten so bored on this thing, so I decided to have an MLIA of the day!! For those of you who don't know what that is, it stands for My Life is Average. It's like...a sarcastic way of telling how your life isn't average.

My Daily Life

Some pictures from my phone! :D Made my realize how weird my life is...

1. +2. Lol I was at Sam's Club, and I just saw this blender. :P It says NINJA at the top of it, and then it's logo thingy was like, "rule the kitchen!" haha i just thought that was funny, considering how everyone loves ninjas (well, i do. :P)

3. haha this bag of flour was at my grandparents, and i realized the scary truth that day..Peter Pan is a gay guy fairy in green tights. :( Sorry boys and girls, but that's the sad truth. He's probably related to like, Robert Pattinson or something. Or he could've been a normal fairy at first, but he wanted to be all like..different, so he got a gender change. Hence the short shorts and feathers. i don't think guys wear that. O_O

4. OMG this was my snowman when it snowed! I couldn't find any other random seeds and acorns and stuff to make buttons, so I just stuck leaves in the middle. But then Kevin Zhang pointed out to me how perverted that was....BUT I DIDN'T MEAN IT THAT WAY! I SWEAR. I'M NOT THAT PERVERTED.

My Hair

OMG guess what? I got a HAIRCUT! XD And it's styled.

I tried to get side bangs, and i printed out this picture and all, and I told her what I wanted of the picture and what I didn't. But the lady doesn't speak mandarin very well, 'cause she's like...Hong Kong-nese... (o.o is that how you say it?)

Anyways, this was my first time at a proffesional hair place, so I was unprepared for everything.

As in the SUPER GOOD SMELLING SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER! AND THE HAIRWASHING THINGY! I love that. I think I got high off of it, 'cause like...it smelled so good. And for those of you who know me really well, I get high off of smelly stuff. XD

Anyways, when the lady was cutting my hair, she told me to take off my glasses, so therefore I couldn't tell what was happening to my hair. Like...I knew WHERE she was cutting it and stuff, and I could see the general shape, but the general shape of someone's hair isn't the same as what it actually looks like with CLEAR VISION. SEE, THIS IS WHY I NEED CONTACTS.

Never mind. Anyways, so like...after she was done, I realized that it was all poofy and then I got sad....but then the lady was like, "Since your hair was naturally wavy, after you wash it, it should look better."

So anyways, now my hair's ok I guess. But I have to leave it down, which'll probably get me some good comments and some bad, like the last time I did that.

Girls: you look so pretty! Leave it down more.
Joseph: you look better with your hair down!
Gary: YOU LOOK LIKE A CAVEMAN.

Man, I'm shallow for just talking about my hair. Life must be really boring for me...
